Structure

Business in Norfolk Ltd. (BIN) is a Company Limited by Guarantee. This has been created, and is managed, by the members of the group to assist the local public and business community.

Each member of BIN is a shareholder, currently the membership count is at 24.  The membership will be limited to 30 companies.

BIN has an board elected annually by the members of the group.  The board consists of a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Group Liaison Officer and 3 other members at Director level.

There is a Communications sub-committee that handles specific projects for the group and communicates the BIN message to current members.
